About Me

Prof. Radhika Dixit joined the Faculty of Peace Studies right from the inception of MIT-WPU IN 2017. An alumni of MIT,Pune, she has also completed her post graduation with a a degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska-USA. While majoring in Business Administration and Finance, she also simultaneously completed her minor in English and Mathematics.She also hold an English from SPPU with Outstanding grade and topped her class.

Radhika started her career in the finance and banking sector in USA in Wealth Management. Her work profile included managing client portfolio. She worked with Wells Fargo Bank USA and Commerce Bank USA building strong relationships with clients by gaining an understanding of their financial goals. Developed and implemented financial plans for clients and conducted regular plan reviews, effectively presented investment strategies to clients while maintaining a holistic approach to planning.

Being passionate about teaching she left the corporate world to pursue her teaching career. Soon she was working with her alma mater in the University of Nebraska as an Academic Counselor. She worked in the University of Nebraska –International Students Co-ordinator and Advisory Board for International Students.

She then migrated to Canada and joined CDI College as the Study Abroad, Summer Internships and International Exchange Programme Head.

Subsequently after moving back to India she has taught in various prestigious institutes subjects such ELT, Human Dynamics, Business Studies and Principles of Management.

She has done Content and Creative Writing for Website Team ofMIT-WPU. Currently she is pursuing her Masters in Peace Studies and is working full time with the Faculty of Peace Studies.
